  • Return Period: You may return your food truck or trailer within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.

  • Condition of Item: The vehicle must be in its original condition (unused, unmodified, and undamaged) to qualify for a return. All original components, accessories, and documentation must be included.

  • Customized Builds: Returns on custom-built units are allowed within the 30-day window as long as the vehicle remains in its original condition.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at sales@apexspecialityvehicles.com or call (310) 876-8295 within the 30-day return period. Provide your order details and reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: Our team will guide you through the process and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  3. Prepare for Pickup: Ensure the vehicle is properly prepared for transport and all original items are included.

  4. Shipping Arrangements: We will arrange for return shipping and cover all associated costs.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Apex Specialty Vehicles covers 100% of return shipping costs.

  • We will provide a prepaid shipping label or coordinate the freight pickup at no cost to you.

  • Our team ensures secure and industry-standard transportation for the return.

Refund Process and Timeline

  • Full Refund: A full refund, including the purchase price, taxes, and any original delivery fees, will be issued once the return is received and inspected.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 days of receiving the returned vehicle.

  • No Additional Fees: We do not charge restocking fees or any hidden penalties.

Important Notes and Exceptions

  • Inspection Upon Return: If the returned vehicle is found to be damaged, altered, or not in its original condition, we reserve the right to deny the return or adjust the refund amount.

  • Custom Work and Upgrades: Vehicles with special customizations must remain in their original state.
